Submit a declaration of division

The declaration of division is a declaration by the property owner to the Land Registry that the ownership of a property is divided into co-ownership shares. Special rights of use can be tied to individual apartments or rooms not used for residential purposes. As an example, an apartment building can be cited here, which previously belonged to one owner and is to be divided into several condominiums with several partial owners. The declaration of division and the corresponding deeds are kept at the Land Registry.
