Report name change to the Employment Agency or JobCentre

Receipt of compensation benefits (e.g. unemployment benefit):
If possible, please use the "Change Notice" form, which you received from the employees of the Employment Agency, when you registered as unemployed. The form is also available on the Internet, you can fill it out on the computer, print it out, sign it and send it to the Employment /Job Centre Agency.

Receiving child benefit:
The Federal Employment Agency provides a special form for change notices regarding the receipt of child benefit. You can also fill it out on the computer, print it out, sign it and then send it to the family fund of the Employment Agency.

Persons registered as seeking work:
Even if you are looking for work but do not receive compensation, you should quickly notify the Employment Agency of the change of your name. This ensures that mediation efforts can continue seamlessly.
