- in accordance with § 45c Para. 3 SGB XI provide care for those entitled to it in groups or in the home, as well as relieving and advising family members and caregivers with similar needs,
- in accordance with § 45c Para. 3a SGB XI
a) support the beneficiaries in the household - in particular with domestic care
b) accompany the beneficiaries in coping with the general or care-related demands of everyday life
c) support the beneficiaries in the independent organization of individually required assistance services,
d) relieve relatives or similarly close persons in their capacity as caregivers.
If you would like to offer a support service in everyday life, you will need recognition under federal state law.
Each federal state has a competent authority that is responsible for the recognition procedure.
