Spatial significance and supra-local significance of the planning or measure

All documents required for the spatial assessment, at least

• Description by location, type and scope, land requirements
• Overview of the location or route alternatives that are seriously being considered
• Description of the spatial and settlement structural starting position
• Description of the influence of spatial and settlement structural development
• Description of other significant impacts on settlement, infrastructure and the environment

The fees depend on the production costs of the project.

A decision on the condition of carrying out a regional planning procedure must be taken within a period of four weeks of the submission of the necessary documents.

After completeness of the documents, the spatial planning procedure must be completed within 6 months, a simplified room planning examination within 3 months.
