Request funds for a funded project from the "Development Partnership with the Private Sector" funding program

You can request funds online or by e-mail from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Request funds online:

• Go to the website of the Federal Portal and complete the online application. The system will guide you step by step through the information and documents required.
• Upload the required documents as files and submit the application.
• The BMZ will check your documents and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ orders the disbursement from the Federal Treasury.
• The Federal Treasury disburses the funds.

Request funds by e-mail:

• You send your informal, completed application with the required documents to the BMZ by email.
• The BMZ will check your documents and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ orders the disbursement from the Federal Treasury.
• The Federal Treasury disburses the funds.

• You are a company or an organization and receive funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) as part of a development partnership with the private sector (EPW).
• You have a final approval notice, i.e. your notice cannot be contested.
• You have a valid grant notification for the project in question.
• Your project must have started.

• Final notice of approval

There are no costs.

There are no deadlines.
