Submit interim proof or proof of use of funds for funded projects from the "Media and Freedom of Expression" funding program

You can submit the proof of use for funded media and freedom of expression projects by post or online.

Submit proof of use by post:

• You send your proof of use by post to the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• If necessary, the BMZ will request further documents from you.

Submit proof of use online:

• Go to the website of the Federal Portal and complete the form online. The federal portal will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
• Upload the proof of use and submit the form online.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• If necessary, the BMZ will request further documents from you.

• You belong to the following institution: Deutsche Welle Academy.
• Your project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Where-used list

There are no costs.

You must submit proof of use to the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) by September of the following year at the latest.
