Report changes in the agricultural, forestry or horticultural business or self-employed activity in agriculture, forestry or horticulture

You can report a change informally by post, e-mail, telephone, fax or via the service portal of the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture:

• Inform the SVLFG of any changes that are occurring or have already occurred in your company or in your self-employed agricultural, forestry or horticultural activity.
• Inform the SVLFG of the type of change and when it occurred.
  • If necessary, attach the relevant required documents.
• If there are still questions about the change, the SVLFG will contact you or your company after the notification.
• You will receive a notification from the SVLFG after processing.

If you want to register online:

• Go to the SVLFG service portal. You will find the change form in the media center of the service portal.
• Complete the change form in full and submit it via the service portal.

If you wish to make the application in writing:

• Download the change form from the SVLFG website and print it out.
• Send the completed change form to the SVLFG by post, e-mail or fax.

In your company or in your self-employed activity in agriculture, forestry or horticulture, there are or have been changes that

• may affect the responsibility of the agricultural employers' liability insurance association
• affect the allocation to the risk groups (e.g. changes in area),
• affect the other bases for the calculation of contributions

or:

• there is a change in one or more entrepreneurs,
• there is a change in one or more authorized representatives.

Depending on the type of change:

• Extract from the commercial register, list of shareholders, articles of association, business registration or lease agreements
• The Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture will request further documents in individual cases.

There are no costs for you for the notification.
