Motor vehicle: Replace registration certificate part II - information on readiness for collection

You must apply for a replacement if the registration certificate part II (vehicle registration document) is stolen, lost or unusable. The new registration certificate part II can only be handed over to the owner, purchaser or bank after approval by the Federal Motor Transport Authority (takes approx. 6 weeks). You have the option of calling to find out whether approval has been granted and the vehicle registration document is ready for collection.
