Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzTo use frequencies for analog railroad mobile radio, you need a frequency allocation. You can apply for this from the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA).
Once the BNetzA has carried out a successful compatibility check with other frequency uses in Germany and neighboring countries, the radio stations can be put into operation by your company.
As a rule, frequency assignments in analog railroad mobile radio are limited to 10 years.
If you already have a frequency assignment and the details in your assignment certificate change, please also inform the BNetzA of this using the application form.
