Receive information on the land use plan

Publication of the land use plan is not planned. Instead, in accordance with Section 6 (5) sentence 3 of the German Building Code (BauGB), anyone is granted the right to inspect the land use plan, the explanatory statement and the summary declaration in accordance with Section 6a (1) BauGB and to request information about its content.
