The procedure is opened automatically if your employer has indicated on registration that a certain relationship exists between you or that you are a managing partner.

• Submit the form online, in person or by post to the Clearing Office of the German Federal Pension Insurance.
• The responsible pension insurance institution will check the factual and legal situation.
