Register applicants as aviation personnel with the Federal Aviation Office

With the applicant notification, an ATO/NTO can notify applicants and submit follow-up notifications to the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt.

You transmit personal data of the applicant, information on previous licences and the reporting training organization.

To submit the notification, you must provide the necessary data on the flight school, such as the name and license number.

By submitting the applicant notification, the Federal Aviation Office can store the relevant information in its database and register the applicant.

To submit the notification for applicants or the follow-up notification, please proceed as follows:

Go to the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de and complete the online application.
You can submit any missing documents as part of a follow-up application.
Alternatively: Download the application form from the website of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation and send it by e-mail to the address given on the form.

The Luftfahrt-Bundesamt will also transfer your data to the internal database of the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt.
