Show organization or implementation of a prostitution event

You submit the notification and all documents to the competent body.

The competent authority checks the documents.

If you do not meet the requirements, the competent authority may prohibit the reported prostitution event from taking place.

If you wish to report the organization and performance of prostitution events, you must:

• have a valid permit to organize or hold prostitution events.
• have reached the age of 18. This also applies to your representative.
• The prostitution event must be managed on site by the operator or the person nominated as deputy (event management).

In addition

• an event concept must be drawn up before each individual prostitution event, which describes the spatial, organizational and temporal framework conditions of the respective event and specifies the explanations of the operating concept, and
• the buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities intended for the event must meet the minimum requirements for facilities used for the prostitution trade pursuant to § 18 and 19 ProstSchG and must not conflict with the grounds for refusal pursuant to § 14 Para. 2 ProstSchG

• Copy of the permit to organize or conduct prostitution events
• Copy of prostitution permit, if applicable
• Operating concept
• Event concept
• If applicable, identification document for event management
  (Note: only required if the underlying permit pursuant to Section 12 ProstSchG, including the corresponding proof, was issued in another federal state or municipality)
• Documents demonstrating the nature of the facility used for the event and compliance with the required minimum standards (e.g. floor plan)
• Declaration of consent from the owner of the buildings, rooms or other fixed or mobile facilities used for the event,
• Copies of the registration or alias certificates of the prostitutes who are expected to work at the prostitution event
• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

Is based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the federal state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under federal state law.

Prostitution events must be reported to the competent authority at least four weeks before they begin.

Without an underlying permit in accordance with § 12 ProstSchG, the notification to hold a prostitution event cannot be processed.

Please note that in addition to the licensing requirement for the prostitution trade, there may be further licensing or notification requirements under other regulations, in particular under the provisions of restaurant, trade, building, water or immission control law.

The inspection authorities for the permit pursuant to Section 12 ProstSchG and the notification pursuant to Section 21 ProstSchG do not have to be identical.
