  If you are a non-governmental organization registered in Germany and are planning a transitional development assistance project, you can apply for funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

  If you receive funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for a transitional development assistance project, you can request the funds at the start of the project.

  The waiver of the right of appeal means that requests for funds for structural transitional aid projects can be processed immediately after the start of the project. There is then no need to wait for a four-week period.
