Waiving the license to practice as a psychological psychotherapist

The license to practice the profession, the temporary license to practice the profession and the partial license to practice the profession may be waived by written declaration to the competent authority. A waiver is not effective if it is declared subject to a condition. The declaration of renunciation cannot be revoked.
