Register for the examiner refresher course

You can register online to take part in the refresher course for examiners:

• Go to the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de and complete the online application.
• You can upload your documents directly.
• Submit the application online.
• The Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA) will check the facts and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.

• You are a natural person (domestic, EU member state, third country) or a legal entity (domiciled in Germany or represented by natural persons from Germany, an EU member state or a third country).
• You are the holder of a valid inspection authorization (in the case of renewal) or have been the holder of a valid inspection authorization (in the case of renewal).

• If applicable: Proof of authorization to represent the company

There are no costs.

The examiner refresher course must be completed within 12 months before the expiration date of the examiner authorization.
