Information on the state property market report and the data required for the valuation can be obtained from the office of the Higher Expert Committee for Property Values, which is located at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Surveying and Basic Geographic Information, or from the offices of the local expert committees.

The office of the Higher Expert Committee for Property Values for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate is responsible for publishing the State Property Market Report.

There are no prerequisites. The property market reports can be purchased by all interested persons and bodies.

The state ordinance on the fees of the surveying and cadastral authorities and the expert committees (special fee schedule) is authoritative. The current fees for the property market reports are listed in the Internet store of the Rhineland-Palatinate Surveying and Cadastre Administration.

A free version of the Rhineland-Palatinate Land Market Report is available for download on the homepage of the State Office for Surveying and Basic Geographic Information. This version does not include Chapter 6 (Derivation of the data required for the valuation) and Chapter 11 (Appendix, index series, reference values, interest rates, value factors)!
