Apply for a parking permit for people without hands or arms

If you are missing both hands or arms, you can obtain a special parking permit under certain conditions. An exemption permit allows you to

• free parking in parking spaces with a parking meter or parking ticket machine
• to park in time-limited parking spaces without having to display a parking disk.

If you receive an exemption permit, it is valid for the whole of Germany.
