Bollard - Chip Card / Apply for Authorization

In some cities and municipalities of Rhineland-Palatinate, electrically retractable bollards are being installed as part of traffic calming. Only an authorized group of residents, business operators and tenants of parking spaces as well as police and rescue workers can access it. The bollard is usually opened by means of a chip card or via the mobile phone.
