Register changes and additions to pilot licenses for airplanes and helicopters according to visual flight rules, gliders and free balloons

If you have a pilot's license and wish to add or change certain details, you must apply for this.

This can occur in the following cases, for example:

• Change of address
• Change of name, for example as a result of marriage
• New registration of a radiotelephony authorization
• Registration or addition of a language certificate
• Extension or acquisition of a rating

This applies to pilot licenses for the following aircraft categories

• Airplanes and helicopters according to visual flight rules:
  • PPL(A) - Private Pilot License Aircraft
  • PPL(H) - Private Pilot License Helicopters
• Light aircraft:
  • LAPL(A) - Light Aircraft Pilot License Aircraft
  • LAPL(H) - Light Aircraft Pilot License Helicopters
• Sailplanes (Sailplane Pilot License - SPL)
• Balloons (Balloon Pilot License - BPL)
