Submit proof of use or interim proof of use for a BMZ-funded project in the field of vocational education and training

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation or the International Sustainability Campus can apply for funding from the BMZ. This funding is used to support students, universities or teachers and researchers at universities. Eligible projects must be related to development policy and promote vocational education and training.

If you have already received funding for your projects, the BMZ will require proof from you:

With the interim statement, you provide evidence of what you have used the funds for in the past financial year.
Once the project has been completed, you use the proof of use to document what you have used the funds for during the entire project period.

The organizations eligible for funding in the respective financial year are listed in the federal budget. As this is adopted annually, changes are possible.

You can submit the proof of use for funded vocational education and training projects in development cooperation by post or online.

If you wish to submit the interim or where-used list by post:

You send your interim or where-used list by post to the BMZ.
The BMZ will check your documents.
If necessary, the BMZ will request further documents from you.
