Submit a waiver of legal remedies for a funded project from the "Vocational education and training" funding program

You can notify us by post or online that you do not wish to object to the promotion of vocational education and training in development cooperation.

If you wish to communicate your waiver of objection by post:

• You send the waiver of appeal by post to the BMZ.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• You will receive payment of the funding amount to the specified account.

If you wish to notify the waiver of appeal online:

• Call up the federal portal and complete the waiver of appeal electronically there. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information, which you can enter electronically.
• Upload the required documents and submit the application.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• You will receive payment of the funding amount to the specified account.

• You belong to one of the following institutions:
  • German Academic Exchange Service
  • Alexander von Humboldt Foundation
  • International Sustainability Campus
• You have submitted an application to the BMZ for funding from the Vocational Education and Training in Development Cooperation program.
• The organizations eligible for funding in the respective financial year are listed in the federal budget. As this is adopted annually, changes are possible.

• Waiver of appeal

There are no costs.

You can only submit the waiver of objection within the first 4 weeks after approval.
The approved funding is available in the respective financial year. They are not transferable to the next year.
You must submit interim and (final) proof of use to the BMZ by September of the following year at the latest.

No legal remedy is provided for.
