Withdraw the admission of a European lawyer to the Bar Association

After submitting the application for waiver of admission to the Bar Association, the Bar Association will decide on the application and inform you in writing.

• You may lodge an appeal against the refusal to withdraw your admission with the competent Bar Court within one month of service in writing or by means of an electronic document bearing a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the German Digital Signature Act (SigG) via the electronic court and administrative mailbox (sections 46a, paragraph 2, 112a paragraph 1, 112c paragraph 1 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), in conjunction with section 74 paragraph 1 sentence 2 of the Administrative Court Code (VwGO)).
• Representation is mandatory, i.e. you must be represented by a lawyer (Section 112c (1) BRAO, Section 67 (4) VwGO).
