Warning fine
A warning fine is imposed for traffic offenses that can be punished with an amount of up to 55 euros according to the catalog of offenses. Offenses of this type are not recorded in the central traffic register of the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
Fines
A fine is imposed for traffic violations that can be punished with an amount of 10 euros or more according to the list of offences. Administrative fees and delivery charges are also due when a fine is issued.
Offences of this type are entered in the central traffic register of the Federal Motor Transport Authority and points are awarded depending on the type of traffic offence
