View incidents in operating areas
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzAs the operator of an operating area under the Incident Ordinance, you are obliged to report to the competent authority at least one month before the start of the establishment of the operating area or before an accident-relevant change, the information listed in Section 7 of the Incident Regulation. There is no need for a separate notification if you have provided the information to the competent authority in the context of an authorisation or notification procedure.
