Public procurement - Lodge an immediate appeal with the Court of Appeal

You must file the immediate complaint in writing, justify it and state the following:

• Explanation of the extent to which you wish to challenge the decision of the Public Procurement Chamber and request a different decision
• Indication of the facts and evidence on which your complaint is based

The complaint must be signed by a lawyer. Exception: Legal persons under public law do not require a lawyer's signature.

To the Court of Appeal.

The fee for the immediate appeal is based on the Court Costs Act and is therefore dependent on the amount in dispute.
