Apply for a loan to modernize owner-occupied residential property
Source: Serviceportal Rheinland-PfalzThe state of Rhineland-Palatinate offers funding for the modernization of owner-occupied housing as part of its social housing promotion program in order to support households in the state that are dependent on public assistance in providing adequate housing.
The owners or those entitled to use the property are eligible to apply. You will be supported if you and the members of your household meet the relevant income limits, which are graduated according to household size.
Funding is granted on the basis of the published funding programs, which conclusively define the funding requirements and conditions, by means of funding commitments in accordance with the available budget funds.
The funding decision (funding commitment) determines in particular the purpose of the funding, the amount and type of funding.
