Municipal building management

Municipalities and districts have numerous buildings with associated land for different purposes. These are mainly administrative buildings, schools, town houses, event rooms, but also residential buildings, barbecue huts, swimming pools, sports and cultural facilities and much more.

The municipalities are responsible for the management of their own and rented buildings and their land. Municipal building management refers to the usage times of the buildings and also considers the technical and infrastructural requirements that go hand in hand with this.
