A prostitution business is operated by anyone who commercially offers services in connection with the provision of sexual services by at least one other person or provides premises for this purpose by
- operating a place of prostitution,
- provides a prostitution vehicle,
- organizing or carrying out a prostitution event or
- operating a prostitution agency.
The permit may be issued for a limited period and be subject to ancillary provisions.
The competent authority has extensive monitoring rights. Failure to comply with the permit requirement can be punished by law.
Administrative fees are charged for the granting of the permit.
