Administer veterinary medicinal products
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzIf you are a producer of animal foods such as meat, milk or eggs, you must comply with the provisions of the Medicines Act. Accordingly, various regulations apply to the manufacture, approval, dispensing, use or import of medicinal products and thus also to veterinary medicinal products, which you must comply with when dealing with animals or animal welfare.This also includes a notification to the competent authority every six months about the antibacterial drugs used.
Caution: Animal vaccines are covered by animal health law and not by the Medicines Act.
