Citizens' consultation hours
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzAll residents can make use of the citizens' consultation hours of their (Lord) Mayor or your Ländrätin or your district administrator.
In the new year, District Administrator Achim Hallerbach will be offering regular consultation hours for citizens from the district.
The first appointment will take place on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, from 4 p.m. at the Neuwied district administration, Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße 9, 56564 Neuwied.
"As District Administrator, I am always available for the citizens of our district. From my many encounters on the ground, I know about the fundamental concerns of the people in our district.
I would like to establish another form of contact with citizens with the Citizens' Consultation. People should have the opportunity to present their concerns to me personally in one-to-one meetings," says District Administrator Achim Hallerbach, describing the intention of his Citizens' Consultation.
Registrations for the 30-minute meetings are now possible via the Neuwied district administration website, www.kreis-neuwied.de, by e-mail to kerstin-schwanbeck@kreis-neuwied.de or by telephone on 02631/ 803-129.
It is important that the topic of the conversation with the district administrator is as specific as possible when registering.
