The application documents must comply with the State Ordinance on Construction Documents and Construction Testing (BauuntPrüfVO) and be prepared by a person entitled to submit plans (e.g. architect).

• Information on the type and quantity of explosive substances (BAM group, storage group, compatibility group)

• If applicable, copy of the permit according to §7 or § 27 SprengG for handling explosive substances

• If necessary, concept for the prevention of incidents with safety management
• If applicable, fire protection concept according to industrial building directive with floor plan and location of the safety-related equipment (such as extinguishing equipment)
