Applying for a special use permit for advertising in public spaces

If you want to advertise something outside enclosed spaces or in public areas, for example by putting up posters, this constitutes a use that goes beyond the normal use of public space (common use). This is a special use for which you must apply for a permit (special use permit). You must have the special use permit before you start advertising.
Special information for Association Landstuhl
The following specific regulations apply to the municipality of Landstuhl:
- The application must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.
- The safety and ease of traffic must not be endangered by the installation of the poster supports.
- The locations of the posters must be chosen in such a way that there is no danger to pedestrians.
- The posters may not be attached to public traffic signs, traffic lights, bus stops and trees/shrubs.
- The posters must be removed immediately after the permit expires. If they are not removed in due time, the posters will be removed by the Landstuhl municipality's building yard for a fee.
- It is not permitted to put up posters on the forecourt of the Sickingenstadt Landstuhl town hall.
- This permission only applies to the erection and attachment of poster displays within built-up areas. The enclosed guidelines must be observed when placing posters outside built-up areas.
- The locations are to be chosen in such a way that the billboards already erected remain visible. Posters that have already been erected may not be pasted over, nor may their location be changed.
- If the posters are not set up properly or are not collected after the deadline has expired, the posters will be removed immediately by the Landstuhl municipal administration's building yard for a fee.
