Apply for subsidies for owner-occupied residential property
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzThe state of Rhineland-Palatinate offers households a range of assistance programs for owner-occupied housing as part of its social housing assistance program. The state supports households that are unable to find adequate housing on the market and are dependent on assistance. In particular, the funding supports families and other households with children as well as disabled people who, taking into account their income, cannot bear the burden of building or purchasing housing without social housing assistance.
The state of Rhineland-Palatinate provides funding together with the Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) in the form of low-interest ISB loans (basic loans and additional loans) and repayment grants.
The state guarantees up to 80% of the ISB loans.
Note:
There is no legal entitlement to funding.
