The certificate of completion certifies that apartments or other rooms are self-contained within the meaning of the German Condominium Act. It is required (in addition to the partition plan) for the entry of the ownership shares in the land register.

Special information for Administrative District Bad Dürkheim

A certificate of separate ownership is required for the establishment of residential and partial ownership in accordance with the German Condominium Act.

The certificate of separate ownership, together with the partition plan, is the basis for the legal establishment of residential property by the land registry in the so-called land register sheet (land register entry).

The subdivision plan is a construction drawing that shows common property areas and corresponding separate property areas (e.g. self-contained residential units) numbered and separated from each other.

All enclosed buildings on the property must be recorded in full. This also includes garages and sheds.
