• Special living conditions:
  • no or insufficient housing
  • unsecured economic livelihood
  • Living conditions characterized by violence
  • Discharge from a closed institution
  • Comparable disadvantageous circumstances
• Social difficulties:
  • Maintaining or obtaining housing
  • Finding a job
  • Obtaining a job
  • Family or othersocial relationships
  • delinquency
