Register a medical practice

To register your practice, please contact the health department of the district or independent city at the location of the practice.

• You have taken out professional indemnity insurance before you start working

• Your personal data, such as name, address, etc.
• State examination, professional license, permission to use the professional title
• Academic degrees and titles conferred

In addition, you must provide information on the area in which you would like to carry out the activity and when you would like to start working independently.

Many municipalities offer forms that you can use to register.

You must register within one month.

The changes must also be notified within one month.

As a rule, the exercise of the activity in a health profession is carried out on a freelance basis.

At the same time, however, a practice also means starting a business. Therefore, you should note that under certain conditions, a business registration may be required.
