Indicate miscarriage
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzUpon request, the competent registry office will issue a certificate of notification of miscarriage.
Miscarriage is the body fruit that has shown no signs of life (heartbeat, pulsating umbilical cord, lung breathing) when separated from the womb, weighed less than 500 grams and did not reach the 24 week of pregnancy.
Upon request, the registry office may issue the complainant with a certificate of notification of miscarriage.
The Worms Clinic will notify the registry office in writing of the birth of your child born there within one week.
Which documents you need depends on various factors. These include, for example, whether you as parents are married to each other or not, or what nationality you have.
You will be informed about the further organizational procedure at the Klinikum Worms. After the birth, you will receive an information sheet from the registry office, as well as a personal questionnaire, which you fill out together with your partner and send to the registry office in Worms by post, together with a copy of your identity documents and the documentsrequired for certification (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, acknowledgement of paternity, etc.).
You are also welcome to post the documents in a sealed envelope marked "Standesamt Worms/Geburtsanmeldung" (Worms registry office/birth registration) in person (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) in the letterbox at the main entrance to Worms town hall, Marktplatz 2, 67547 Worms.
As a precaution, we would like to point out that the birth of your child can only be certified by the Worms registry office once all the required documents have been received. The current average processing time is at least one week.
Following the notarization, we will send you all the original documents submitted, as well as the free certificates for health insurance, child benefit and parental allowance by post. You can only order further documents here once you have received the free certificate.
