Regardless of the type of addiction problem you have, addiction counseling centers offer you and your family help and support. For example, if your addiction is affecting your employment.

Addiction counseling is also available to advise you if someone close to you is addicted.

visit an online counseling platform for addiction issues.

There you will find professional addiction counselors who can support you or your loved ones with any questions you may have about dealing with addictive substances, psychoactive substances, gambling or digital media.

Addiction counseling is free and anonymous.

The voiio social counseling service for all employees now offers information, advice and help for those affected and colleagues/superiors. Further information can be found on the intranet under "Social counseling".

There are 43 addiction counseling centers and 16 branch offices in Rhineland-Palatinate. Trained and experienced counselors, social workers and psychologists work there. You can turn to these centers as a person directly affected, as a relative or as a parent. Some of these advice centres specialize in addictions to certain addictive substances or also offer services for behaviour-related addictions (e.g. gambling addiction, internet addiction).

Counseling is free of charge and can be anonymous if desired. The specialists are obliged to maintain confidentiality. Professionals in drug counseling centers have the right to refuse to testify.

In addition to on-site counseling, you can also receive advice and support digitally, for example via the online counseling platform "DigiSucht". Appointments can be made by telephone or via "DigiSucht".

There are also counseling teachers for addiction prevention at schools. These are teachers who have the task of helping pupils with drug and addiction problems. They can help with the selection of suitable offers and provide support in finding a way out of addiction.
