Asbestos: Allow demolition and rehabilitation work

You can apply for a licence for remediation or demolition activities by e-mail or by post to the competent authority.

• You submit the necessary documents with your application.
• The competent authority will check your application for completeness
• The competent authority will provide you with feedback.
• The competent authority shall grant the authorisation or refusal.

• Availability of personnel and safety equipment
• Compliance with the requirements contained in TRGS 519 "Asbestos"

• Proof of competence
• Test certificates (e.g. device inspections)

Costs: variable from 100 to 1000 Euro

Promptly after receipt of application
