Every grape producer officially receives a separate calculation of the total yield per hectare of their farm from the Chamber of Agriculture on November 30 of the harvest year. If the farm wishes to market its harvest volume in deviation from this calculation, it must prepare and report a new calculation by January 15 of the following year.
