Commercial rental mirror

There are no legal requirements for commercial rental mirrors, nor are the information in the commercial rental mirrors legally binding. This is mainly due to the fact that commercial rents in Germany are not subject to any restrictions and can be freely negotiated. In order to provide tenants and landlords of commercial real estate properties with guidance and comparison possibilities, individual municipalities, the Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHK) or large real estate agents who specialize in commercial real estate, occasionally create and publish commercial rental mirrors.
