This means that significantly fewer people can visit the outdoor pool at the same time than would be possible in a normal bathing season. Regardless of which admission ticket has been purchased (day ticket, ten-person ticket, family ticket), access will only be granted if the permitted total number of guests has not yet been exceeded.

2. a "mixing" or grouping of bathers must be avoided. In the outdoor pool, it must be ensured that the applicable distance requirement of at least 1.5 m and the applicable contact restriction are observed.

3. the regulations on minimum distancing also apply in the swimming pool, meaning that the number of swimmers in the pool at any one time must also be restricted. For this purpose, the pool must also be equipped with lane markings ("lines").

4. suitable markings must be used to ensure that paths and minimum distances are maintained.

5. queues and gatherings at the cash desk, showers or other areas must be avoided

6. changing rooms may only be used alone or with family members.

7. the applicable rules of protection and conduct must be made clear to visitors by means of signs.

8. all persons must wash or disinfect their hands when entering the pool.

9. so that contacts can be traced in the event of an infection, the contact details of all visitors must be written down and kept for four weeks.

10. persons who are not prepared to comply with the applicable regulations must be denied access to the outdoor pool within the scope of domiciliary rights.
In addition, the operator of the pool and the staff on site must implement and observe a number of regulations. In order to prevent the risk of infection as far as possible, bathers must also fulfill their responsibility towards themselves and others by complying with the regulations.
