Register for the disposal of waste

Waste disposers are obliged to register all the waste they accept. The obligation to register also applies to producers, holders, dealers and brokers of hazardous waste. It can also be ordered in individual cases in addition to the cases specified by law.
The registers include the collection of all documents kept in accordance with waste legislation, i.e. preliminary and whereabouts records, and, in the case of waste that does not require documentation, separate records, in particular on the type, quantity and disposal route of the waste.
