Help for families in need from the state foundation "Family in Need - Rhineland-Palatinate"

The need is determined individually by the local advice center. The amount of assistance is then determined as generously as possible by an independent allocation committee on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a family emergency, please contact pregnancy and social counseling centers as well as the local youth or social welfare office or a debt counseling center. Your application will be forwarded from there to the Foundation's allocation committee.

The prerequisite is that the necessary assistance cannot be provided by other service providers or that this assistance is not sufficient. This means that support from the Landesstiftung can only be considered if all other priority options have been exhausted. A case-by-case assessment is therefore always necessary, which should take into account the individual overall situation.
