Earth excavation - report unintentional groundwater development

If you accidentally hit groundwater while drilling, you must report this to the competent authority immediately. The notification is necessary in any case, regardless of whether the drilling was previously reported to the competent authority or not.

The authority will inform you whether you may have to temporarily stop drilling.
