A significant change has occurred in a distance learning course.

• Registration/contract forms for the distance learning course to be changed
• Information material for participants
• Teaching and learning material affected by the change

Admission of substantial changes: 50% of the course sales price, at least 200,00 Euro

Approval shall be deemed to have been granted unless a decision on approval has been taken, as a general rule, within three months of receipt of the complete dossier.
