Counselling telephone "Number against grief"
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzOn 116 111 or 0800 – 111 0 333, children and young people can talk to qualified counsellors about any conceivable problem, anonymously and free of charge from landlines and mobile phones. If necessary, they can also refer you to a counselling centre nearby.
The nationwide toll-free children's and youth telephone is Monday to Saturday from 14:00 to 20:00.
On Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., young people between the ages of 16 and 21 are on the phone, because many young people find it easier to talk to other young people about their worries and problems.
An alternative to talking on the phone is the free and confidential em@il consultation of the "number against grief". Around the clock and in a password-protected area can be written to the consulting team. The response is usually within one to two days.
A special parents' telephone is also available for parents and other parents. Here, those affected receive - if desired anonymously - assistance in all questions relating to education. The parents' telephone can be reached nationwide under the toll-free number 0800/111 0 550 Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Tuesdays and Thursdays until 19:00.
