Recognize a training center for health professions (except nursing)

Submit the application in writing with the required documents to the responsible office.

The responsibility lies with the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Supply Koblenz.

You must observe the provisions of the relevant further training regulations.

You will be granted state recognition if the necessary personnel, structural and material requirements are met.

In order to guarantee a high quality of further training, it must be ensured that

• the person entrusted with the management of the training center is professionally and personally suitable for the task,
• the necessary professionally and pedagogically suitable teaching staff are available,
• at least one person who has completed three years of training in one of the healthcare professions and has the appropriate professional qualification for continuing education is employed full-time at the continuing education center,
• there is appropriate equipment and organization and
• the premises and facilities are suitable for the purpose of further training.

The application for state recognition must be accompanied by

• proof of fulfillment of the legal requirements,
• the curricula for the intended further training measure,
• a declaration that the further training will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the state law on further training in the healthcare professions and the legal ordinances issued on the basis of this law.
