Recognition as a counselling centre for pregnancy conflict counselling

In order to be recognized as a counselling centre for pregnancy conflict counselling, you must submit an application.

• To do this, you can contact a member of staff at the office responsible for you by telephone.
• They will provide you with all the information about the necessary application documents and the legal provisions as well as the relevant forms for your application.
• The application must be signed with a legally binding signature by the person who can be held liable for the advice center.
• You submit the complete application with the attachments to the office responsible for you.
• Once the application office responsible for you has completed its examination, you will receive a notice of recognition.
• The decision will contain instructions with information on what you can do if you do not agree with the decision.

The office responsible for checking and processing your application is the one that has been entrusted with this task by the federal state in which you live.

In order to be recognized as a pregnancy conflict counselling centre, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must ensure that sufficiently qualified staff are available to provide professional advice
• You must ensure that additional specialists can be called in at short notice to provide counseling
• You must cooperate with all agencies that provide public and private assistance for mother and child
• They must not be organizationally or economically connected to any place where abortions are performed.
